Award-Winning Travel Photography
Here’s a few of my favorite photos from daring adventures since 2016 through Central and South America. Every photograph has a very unique story behind it. I’ll write a book someday… Until then, a photo is worth a thousand words. My goal is to visit 60 countries in the next 5 years!

Precocious Little Girl in Chinandega, Nicaragua
The most memorable experience was this beautiful little girl about 8 eight years. She was so precocious, shy, innocent, and had this special glimmer in her eye. Full of potential and living in a third-world country. It made me feel sad for the happenstance ways of the world. Your success in life greatly depends on your origin, family and upbringing. She was helping her mom sell water and food for change on the street. I took a few photos of her and gave her a few Cordobas. It’s easy to complain about not having enough money. Compared to what? It’s all relative. I may not be a rich man, but I’m a good man, and that will always be more important to me. Traveling in Central America these past few months has taught me a lot. I’ve met people from all over the world, experienced different cultures and natural beauty, and discovered my freedom. Travel is the only experience you can buy that makes you richer.
Rio Fortuna Waterfall in Arenal, Costa Rica
I made the spontaneous decision to explore this beautiful country last year and filmed iconic locations along the way. Afterward, I proactively reached out via email to various tourism websites offering my professional services in exchange for travel expenses. Lo and behold, I received an attractive offer from...

Lightning crashes over Lake Atitlan at Golden Temple in San Marcos
My adventures in Guatemala were excellent preparation for shooting tours in Costa Rica that will certainly lead to paid opportunities down the road. I enthusiastically welcome the challenge with open arms! There's so much to be grateful for in life if you have the right mindset. Good health in body, mind, and spirit is more important than monetary wealth. Do what you love, and the money will follow!
Semuc Champey Natural Monument - The Most Beautiful Waterfall
Once we arrive at the entrance to Semuc Champey, it's a 45-minute steady uphill hike to the waterfall viewpoint. It proves to be an incredible sight to behold. Words can't do it justice; only a photo or video can demonstrate the true beauty without actually being there. I captured the following photos in a few minutes with my Mavic Pro.
