Staying at Tango Luxe Villas in Koh Samui

I’m currently typing this blog post from Tango Luxe Beach Villas on a beautiful day looking out across the ocean to the Big Buddha temple. From here you have a direct line of sight to the most iconic landmark on the entire island. It’s an honor to collaborate with the marketing manager in exchange for accommodation in their most exclusive Balinese-style villa with private swimming pool.

Which is also why I find myself on this bus right now. There’s still lots of places I want to explore in this beautiful country. I spent the majority of my first month in Southern Thailand (Phuket, Koh Lanta, Krabi, Koh Tao, etc). Now it’s time to travel around the Northern part. There’s so many amazing temples, national parks, waterfalls, not to mention interesting people to meet.

Greetings from Koh Lanta, Thailand!

I’m currently typing this blog post from my hostel on Koh Lanta, an island off the coast of Krabi, Thailand. I arrived here a few hours ago via speedboat, checked into Hub of Joys Hostel, and immediately walked straight to Long Beach just a stone’s throw away. I’m only 33 years young and often feel like I’m semi-retired even though I have less than $2,000 in my bank account. It’s unnecessary to be a millionaire to fulfill your dreams of traveling the world. I truly believe richness is a state of mind.
