Traveling During the Coronavirus Outbreak
In this blog post I'm laying out a rational unapologetic explanation why I'm continuing to travel in Southeast Asia during the Coronavirus outbreak. I believe the mass hysteria and fear-mongering is more dangerous than COVID-19 itself. In the prophetic words of FDR, "The only thing we have to fear is fear itself".
My first meeting at Airbnb's office in Singapore!
I’m excited to meet with a recruiter at Airbnb and take a tour of their corporate office in Singapore on January 23rd. This moment has been a long time in the making with lots of personal outreach, lead generation, persistence, and sweat equity. Although I don’t particularly want to live in this expensive metropolis, this will be a great opportunity to finally get my foot in the door at a company at the top of my list of places to work. I’m really interested in a full-time remote marketing or freelance photography position at Airbnb.
I'm officially going to Bali, Indonesia!
It’s official, guys and gals! I finally bought my one-way plane ticket to Bali, Indonesia!!! I’m very excited to go all in on my passion again, commit to the greater purpose, and follow through on my long-term goals to travel the world meeting new people and taking photos of beautiful destinations!

There’s a growing homelessness problem in a city facing an affordability crisis. In this article I will focus on Austin, Texas since it’s my hometown and one of the fastest growing cities in the United States. However, the homelessness crisis is prevalent across the country in major cities like San Francisco, Seattle, Portland, and Los Angeles.
